About Us
The Meeple Room
The Meeple Room started in 2021 as a hobby business to help fund the owner's tabletop gaming hobbies (board gaming, TTRPGs, & miniature painting). As our name spread and customer base grew, we became a licensed business aiming to provide high quality 3D-printed models at affordable prices. Our offerings have evolved over the years with a few mainstay sculptors that consistently produce outstanding models that our customers love. Recently, we've added some collectible trading card options, and hope to expand into more tabletop offerings in the coming year.
We print everything in our home office in middle Georgia on 5 resin printers and 2 filament printers. Our current goals include more in person events and conventions, pop-up shops, more print offerings, and most of all a physical brick and mortar located in our hometown to provide a place for people to come and play games together and build community with our neighbors.
The Owner - Ryan
Born and raised in middle Georgia, Ryan is an avid gamer who has been playing a variety of board games and TTRPGs with friends and family nearly every other week for almost a decade. Ryan started printing in the spring of 2020 after acquiring his first resin 3D printer, an original Anycubic Photon. The intent was to slow the purchase of minis by simply printing his own! We don't talk about the gray pile of shame that may, or may not, have resulted due to focusing on the growth of The Meeple Room.... When he is not hyper fixating on the next stage for the store, he's a husband to a very patient and understanding wife, father to a rapidly growing child, and an IT professional by night day.
