We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to help make it right through our replacement program.

Eligibility for Replacement

Items may be eligible for replacement if they are:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective due to manufacturing issues
  • Incorrect item sent (wrong product, size, color, etc.)
  • Missing parts or accessories

Replacement Request Requirements

To request a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

1. Timeframe

Replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your package. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for processing.

2. Photo Evidence

You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue with your replacement request. Photos should show:

  • The damaged or defective item
  • Any packaging damage (if applicable)
  • The incorrect item received (if applicable)
  • Missing parts or components (if applicable)

3. Submission Method

All replacement requests must be submitted by email to info@themeepleroom.com

What We Need from You

When submitting your replacement request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos as specified above

Our Response Process

  1. We will review your replacement request within 2-3 business days
  2. If approved, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost
  3. If the replacement request is denied, we will provide a detailed explanation

Exclusions

This replacement policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or abuse
  • Items damaged after the 14-day request period
  • Items that were clearly described as having minor imperfections or cosmetic flaws

At The Meeple Room, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Return Request Requirements

1. Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your package. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for processing.

2. Submission Method

All return requests must be submitted by email to info@themeepleroom.com. Phone requests cannot be processed.

What We Need from You

When submitting your return request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Items you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the items to be returned

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: If the return is approved, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. You must use a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely and provide the tracking number to the email reply from The Meeple Room. The Meeple Room is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee will be applied to all returned items based on the condition of the product when we receive it.

Minimum Fee: 10% restocking fee for items returned in excellent condition

Variable Fee: The restocking fee will increase based on the condition of returned items, including but not limited to:

  • Items with damaged packaging
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Items missing original accessories or components
  • Items with damaged or worn condition

The final restocking fee will be determined after we inspect your returned items and will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process

  1. Email your return request to info@themeepleroom.com
  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2-3 business days
  3. Package items securely with original packing materials and packaging; then ship to the address provided
  4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items within 3-5 business days
  5. Your refund (minus restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method

Eligible Items

Items eligible for return include:

  • Unopened games and accessories in original packaging
  • Non-customized 3D-printed models
  • Items purchased within the last 7 days

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged by customer misuse
  • Items that have been opened and used (unless defective)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Items damaged during shipping (please process under our Item Replacement Policy above)

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. Holidays and busier seasons may extend this process. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.

Due to the nature of 3D-printed products, cancellation requests are subject to strict time limitations. Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible.

Cancellation Timeframe

Cancellation requests for 3D printed products must be received within 48 hours (2 days) of placing your order. Requests submitted after this period cannot be processed.

Why the 48-Hour Limit?

3D printed products are made-to-order items that require:

  • File preparation and printing queue scheduling
  • Material allocation and setup
  • Production planning and workflow management

Once your order enters our production queue, materials and time have been committed to your project, making cancellation impossible.

How to Cancel Your Order

To request a cancellation within the 48-hour window:

  1. Email us immediately at info@themeepleroom.com
  2. Include your order number in the subject line
  3. Clearly state that you wish to cancel your 3D printed product order
  4. Provide a brief reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

Cancellation Processing

  • Within 48 hours: Full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • After 48 hours: Cancellation requests cannot be accommodated as production has likely begun

Production Status

If you're unsure about your order's production status, you may contact us at info@themeepleroom.com. However, please note that once printing has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible regardless of timing.

Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, cancellation becomes impossible as the items are already in transit or committed to shipping.
