I was surprised that the medusa figurine came in many different parts that people have to put together. Some of the holes didn't snugly fit together and I ended up losing the arm as it flew off as I tried hard to connect it to the socket but it ended up flying across the room and now I can't find it. It's okay for people who do this for hobby and like putting pieces together and then painting it. I will be looking elsewhere where I don't have to struggle putting the piece together. The package was well wrapped with a lot of fat spongey layers of cushion to protect the pieces. I think it should have been tape as I didn't know it was all loose. There were another seal around the sponges. Arrived on time as well.
